Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. there are many brands available it is up to you to opt the brand but when you are using it for the first time irrespective of the brand have a patch test to know sensitivity for the baby

Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Wash area often with lukewarm water
Wash hands often
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
