SandhyaMom of a 9 yr 5 m old girl5 years agoA. Hi, if your baby skin is too dry then you can try cetaPhil or Aveeno baby cream. Try moisturiser instead of lotion. Also every alternative day massage with coconut oil and give bath. Always use lukewarm water to give bath. Avoid too much of hot water and avoid using powders. Use thin soft cotton clothes. Since your baby has completed one year you can start giving all type of food which you prepare at home. You can give liquids like buttermilk, coconut water, fresh fruit juice made at home, milkshakes, vegetable soup.Write Your Answer Here
