If you had a vagina delivery then you can start working out right away but if you had a cesarean surgery then wait for at least six months after you complete post surgery and then you can start working out. SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. have warm water or jeera water in the morning in empty stomach. Avoid carbs and replace with brown rice n millets. Avoud junk food and have healthy snacks. Avoid sugars and use natural sweeteners. These few changes wil sure help you lose weight easily. Millets or brown rice czn be replaced for white rice.
