ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well best is yo go as early as possible ok. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stressCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and and when you check at home with pregnancy strip then you should evaluate once with gynecologist within a week as per my opinion and follow the prescription and vitamins and supplement.
