If You had a normal delivery then immediately after your delivery from the day one or two itself after your delivery you should start with Keagle exercises they are very important they really help a lot in tightening up your vagina over the period as well as they are really going to help a lot in maintaining the muscles in your vaginal area properly and if you had a C-section then you should wait for at least 10 to 15 days
