A. after sixth months bh sOnly way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. good evening if it has been at least 10 to 12 months after your delivery I would recommend that you should try yoga everyday in the morning you can specifically try to do Surya namaskar everyday
