When does normally babies start speaking?? My baby speaks very rarely like she is too stubborn and only speaks when she wants. She always speaks out to call me Amma Amma. She understands everything and she is very active child.

See But this is the vocabulary of a child is somewhere around 10 words of 15 words maybe depending from child to child I am just talking in general terms right now but if your child as they speak in one word and your child is active understanding everything that means your child is probably just having a delayed speech nothing much if you want you can always consult an ENT doctor or a speech therapist
