Q.

when do babies start saying mama and dada meaningfully...she is babbling these sounds..but not meaningfully yet some told by one yearbaby should say mama and dada..one month only to go..i am bit worried

A. or if it is like that your little isn't making ant sound even then consult your pediatrician as soon as possible. Be happy & stay safe !!!!

A. hello dear, each baby is different & reach their milestones differently. If your baby is making some random sound even like ooo, aaaa, Mumm, hummm anything like that then absolutely no need to worry. She might take some more time to say things clearly. Even my elder one started saying papa at 13.5 months & now he is 6.5 yes old.... absolutely fit & fine. So for now please be patient & observe your baby for some more time. She would be fine with time

A. don't worry too much speaking and walking are the 2 most difficult milestones to acheive by the baby... so at a time the baby focus only on one thing... either speaking or walking... so some baby walk at 9 months and speak at 15 months. and some just reverse... so it is normal even if she is babbling... if trying to make sounds like words. if she is not doing anything at all then please consult the pediatrician immediately.. he can guide you through the same after proper examination and analysis.. also go for hearing test.. some baby speaks late because of hearing problems too... so please consult the pediatrician immediately
