A. simple home food.. with plenty of water or fluid intake, lods Of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products , good source of proteins like eggs, all pulses, dals. Plus iron, folic acid , calcium is important supplement in pregnancy.
