ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear Mum if baby goes off to sleep during breastfeeding then you can gently awaken baby by tickling toes if passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours is active alert and gaining adequate weight then feeding is sufficient
