what to do if baby doesn't do poop by himself...he urge to do but he cant...he is passing gas and urine while trying hard to do poo cz its been 7 days

A. if the baby is 3 months old and the baby is not passing motion it is very common give bonnisan drops and aglozyme drugs for good digestion to the baby it will be very helpful
