diapers are as per baby weight ... so whenever u r ordering online  or buying offline just check the weight mentioned on the pack ,. like Pampers have 0-4kg mentioned on their pack for new Born and it's perfect for same .... if your baby is on heavier side like 4+kgs then buy small size which is for 4-8 kgs baby .... it doesn't matter how young is ur baby ... what matters is weight ... 
till now I've used three brand's babyhug, Pampers and Mamy poko pants and this criteria works everywhere ...

small size diaper below 5 kgs Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
