what should I do to increase breast milk as my daughter does not get enough milk from my feed.

A. take a healthy diet with plenty of liquids and high fibre in the diet here for proper comments is very difficult until and unless a proper examination is done to find out the exact cause so it would bec better if you consult your doctor so that he can examine properly and than will guide you accordingly regarding this

A. hi dear mom..monitor babys pee count..it should be more then six in twenty four hours..then it means baby is full and is getting sufficient feed from you. as a mom have well balanced meal and keep yourself well hydrated. happy parenting
