my baby is not getting enough milk to feed how can we increase production of breast milk

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. she is newborn, make more skin tobakin contact with your baby..It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often.
Have fluids before and after breast feeding.
Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements.
