Explain clearly in detail to your child that it is going to happen every month sometimes a bleeding can be less and more the pain can be there in any body part like chest breast stomach stomach legs anywhere and how to maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene everything associated as you have knowledge and if anything else is left that you do not know more about then you can always take an advice with your gynaecologist and take your daughter to the doctor for better understanding but as we know the basic things clear them up all with your child in the first go
