what is the reason of missed periods my periods was regular..when i started to conceive that month my periods was missed..my last due 31.12.22...home pregnancy test negative...i also have some pregnancy symptoms... my first pregnency also like that after three month i know i was pregnant...what is the reason

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. urine 't test may not be accurate for accuracy blood test and ultrasonogram for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
