what is the reason for watering eyes of 4years old kid and how to treat it consulted ophthalmologist but there is no abnormality detected

A. Usually it happens when the child is having too much of screen time TV or mobile specially then it could be a possibility of dryness in the eyes which can lead to this problem so maybe eyedrops is going to be helpful and give more of sleep and zero screen time
