Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi yes , mother can feed her child but she must take necessary precautions like wear mask and gloves to avoid spread of such viral Infection. no need to discontinue breastfeeding infact , breastmilk contains antibodies which help your child to fight against such viral or bacterial Infections.
