K rajasekharGuardian of a 7 m old girl5 months agoA. Hi, my two months old baby has 99.4F temperature (underarm checked) , had given paracetamol drops. after 8 hours temperature was 98.4 and 98.7(underarm checked)like wise,, do I need to give one more dose or no need of drops .
