SindhuMom of a 1 yr 4 m old child1 Year agoA. If you have a low-lying placenta you should eat a healthy diet rich in iron to reduce the risk of anaemia. Unless there is severe bleeding or another indication, delivery by caesarean section should be performed after 38 weeks.

please take necessary follow ups from your gynecologist,it is very important
please don't sit or stand for long period
take rest as much as possible
avoid doing more physical activities
