what I can do to speak for my 1.5 year old. he understands everything but not speaking yet.

A. yes sreen issue check. Speech delay can have multiple causes and infected requires a detailed examination by a ENT doctor so as to know the actual cause. Speech therapist is also a must for improvement in speech issues so .
