my son not speaking he spell words he understands everything what we say but not speaking yet

A. Hello mom If your baby is speaking few words but not properly then in such case you should definitely join a speech therapy it will help in improving baby is speaking skills. But if your baby is not speaking a single word here to there in such case you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it
