Hi . MY SON IS 21 MONTHS OLD. HE IS NOT SPEAKING MUCH WORDS. BUT HE UNDERSTANDS WHAT WE ARE SAYING. I'M WORRIED THAT HE IS NOT SPEAKING

A. If Speaking certain words at the age of 21 months then that’s very very good at this age kids only speak what they do not frame sentences the only learn by listening to you the only good part over here is that your child is understanding everything so that’s good enough it will happen by the age of three years also that’s normal
