Hello ma’am Till that I am there is no clarity about what kind of genetic problem you are talking about I really cannot help you with a diet or anything else but at the same time I can advise you to consult a nutritionist and if you discuss what ever the genetic problem your child is having accordingly she can provide you a diet plan for the baby
