What can be applied on a c-sec incision to relief stiff ness and to reduce the scar. post delivery 5 months.

A. aloe. see when there are skin lesions you cant comment online. best approach will be to show to to a near by doctor who can give opinion n treat. aloe vera gel or olive oil massage aid in getting rud of these marks. however it will take few years in to go ok
