A. From the beginning itself you can give all kind of fruits and vegetables that you would want to offer to the child whatever you prefer as there is no restriction on giving any kind of fruits or vegetables to the child as all of them are healthy on their own

A. By the age of 8 months, your baby can enjoy a wide variety of vegetables. At this stage, they are typically transitioning from smooth purees to mashed textures and soft finger foods, which help them practice chewing and develop fine motor skills. Recommended Vegetables Experts from the NHS and HealthyChildren.org suggest offering a "rainbow" of colors to ensure a variety of nutrients:. Root Vegetables: Sweet potato, carrots, parsnips, and beetroot (rich in vitamins A, C, and fiber). Green Veggies: Broccoli, peas, spinach, kale, and green beans (excellent sources of iron and folate). Squash & Others: Butternut squash, pumpkin, zucchini (courgette), cauliflower, and bottle gourd. Aromatic & Flavorful: You can also introduce mild flavors like onions, leeks, and bell peppers when well-cooked.
