Q.

what am I supposed to do of the weight I've gained due to c- section? How will I get rid of it? Hips and stomach are especially grown out of proportion, its been two years after the c section & i haven't lost a bit.

A. Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Maintain hydration A gentle walk each day can help your body and your mind feel better You could start with 5 minutes walking around your home You might like to ask a physiotherapist at the hospital to give you some other good exercise ideas as you start to recover
