A. Hello For losing weight, you can include exercises daily for 45 minutes atleast Avoid sugary, fried , bakery & junk foods Include protein rich foods, vegetables, fruits & nuts daily

A. after 3 months of rest you can start walking 30 minutes daily followed by some yoga poses or light exercises, suryanamaskar is one of the best in early stage and very effective also. along with that avoid oily junk food drink lukewarm water only or room temperature, take more fluids to keep hydrated
