Q.

We live in extreme cold place and my baby face has become red and very dry dr plz some thing.

A. You have to use a good face cream for the baby and repeat it twuce or thrice a day whenever you feel the baby skin dry. Keep hydrated the baby as well and maintain hygiene and diet as well
