Till which month of pregnancy it is safe to travel in flight (domestic)and by train?

By the time of seven months because after seven months of pregnancy a lot of airlines do not recommend you to travel by flight because after seven months the situation could be critical where you can deliver any time sometimes it happens that you can have a premature delivery and train also very discomforting so I think it would be good if you want to travel till the time of rest you can check with your gynaecologist
