There is pain in my middle back n boht sides too,shoulder is also paining and i feel difficulty in breathing….what could be the reason and what should i do to feel comfortable? Please help

A. this can be bronchospasm sometimes this can be some other problem which needs proper evaluation better to consult doctor for proper examination in this case No home remedies please .
