tell me diet plan for cold and cough.due to cold and cough my daughter has become very weak

There is no diet plan you should give all kind of food to the child whatever child likes to have Just you just have to avoid food with cold tendency or cold food like directly from refrigerator or anything you should give more of soups and comfort comforting food right now which is easier for the child to have and digest
