Q.

Sir , My son is 3 yrs old and he used repeat everything whatever we try to communicate with him. Also he can't speak more than 3 words at a tym... What should we do??

A. that s sign of autism. It is not possible to comment upon or advise on this issue as it might require a detailed examination so you can see a nearby doctor for the same and do as the advise for this
