my son is 3 year 4 months old. but he is not talking yet. just repeat our words. whatever we say he just repeat those words. but didn't say anything on his own. but he understand everything we say. what should we do?

A. dear mother you need to practice with your child you need to to read and saying the stories as well as the rhymes try to make a him St ka full sentence after you along with that nowadays because of lack of going to school is affecting our little kids a lot when kids start going to school this process starts on their own
