sir mery baby 4 month ki hai and due to family tension my breast milk supply has decresed drastically with in one day ..... how can i increase it immediately... i m taking lectomom twice a day...

yes you can take the tablets
along with that please try to stay stress free
offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches,the more milk is produced.
make sure your child latches properly because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
massage your breasts with coconut oil
you can also take shatavary granular with warm milk for it.
