Hello my 2nd child is 2 months old and my breast milk supply has dropped drastically from yesterday. Please advice if any medication

A. Shatavari powder is a good lactation supplement which you can easily take three times in the day with warm milk and that is going to be good so this is something I can recommend a healthy diet and plenty of fluids also are equally important
