#asktheexpert my milk has drastically dropped and my baby is 3 months old, now she is not liking formula milk and continuously crying for breast milk, am helpless and worried , pls suggest what to do

A. Thank u , am already taking Lactare capsules twice a day but no improvement

A. take promolact capsules for improving breast milk and yhfor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

A. hi parent take dairy products and supplements as suggested by your doctor use simply purified water having tds higher than 450 and keep yourself well Hydrated leptadene is ayurvedic table t and it's course : one tablet twice a day with glass of milk for four weeks
