sir meri beti 10 month ki hai uski waigth 6.7kg usko 2din ho gaya bukhar hai. T 98 medicine deti hu. jab medicine kati tab thoda km ho jati hai fir kucha time ke bad bukhar ati hai kya karu .ese kyu ho raha hai. bataie please🙏
