hello sir today i am out of city amd my child have fever from last day i give him medicine for fever and cold. me jab medicine deti hi tab fever nahi rahata he lekin after 6 hour firse usko bukhar aata he to muje kya karna chahiye and 1 week pahele bhi usko bhukhar and cold tha wo accha ho gaya abhi kal se fir se chalu ho gaya he give me suggestion for that

you can give hom pcm syrup in every 6 hourly.
and keep a watch on temprature.
if no improvement after 3 days, do consult your doctor.
