sir I got cold due to weather or can say cold attack day before yesterday and my daughter has feever since 5 pm yesterday , i gave her p-250 , and repeated at 2 AM but feever is not completely normal its aprx 99.0 - 100.6. should i wait for today or add another medicine.

A. need to be civerfull .5Blockage of nose is due to the common cold and flu due to season variation . Steam along with other home remedy like maintaining baby temperature will help . Nasal drop like nasovion for block . Other medications like paracetamol for fever can be given if any fever .
