Since morning my daughter says stomach pain while going motion. Can I give gripe water for her? Is it safe? Could you pls suggest

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is not advisable to give gripe water to the child on the regular basis because at the end it is a type of medicine which will help in decreasing the colic pains and improve digestion but yes it has got side effects so do not give this without medical consultation.
it contains sodium bicarbonate as well as plenty of sugars whichd has got side effects for such a small child.
