Since a week I just noticed a whitish discolouration of skin on face the chin region and nose region of baby , it not reddish nor itching but since there is discolouration I m worried .baby had cold and cough and fever a week back and said the paleness is due to cold and cough.it will go on its own .What to do

A. hi. it might be nutrition deficiency ir dry skin due to cold weather.. aplly coconut oil on affected areas. also better to once consukt yr doc in person.
