See after the age of two or three years usually the hair get permanent and there is no home remedy I can suggest you which will help in removing hair so as of now let it be you cannot do anything about it as such but after growing up a little more for the 10 year old child check with the doctor when you can start doing vaccine not right now at least till the age of 13 years you should avoid and for the younger one also the same thing will follow
