please tell anyone what to do for diaper rash

It is looking like a severe diaper rash only so I don’t know what you’re applying right now but instantly would recommend you to apply Boroline anti septic cream every 3 to 5 hours and don’t use diapers prefer using a loose cotton underwear or a cloth nappy according to the age whatever is comfortable
