use easynappy rash cream or candid b cream for dialer rash.. 
there are many good brands available in market like Pampers, Huggies and mamy poko pants. you can use any of them. make sure to change diaper after every 4-5  and give diper free time after every diaper change.

Himalaya is best. also always check the diaper for any leakage or spoilage and change immediately, frequently changing diaper after every 3 hours helps in elimination of diaper rashes
