please suggest some tips for weight loss..?

A. hi to lose weight, you can 1. Take sprouts, salads, vegetables, skim milk, egg whites, pulses, curd, fruits, nuts, lot of water 2. Avoid fried, junk, bakery, sugary foods 3. exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast 4. Sleep well
