A. Hi mom To reduce weight start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to shed extra kilos from your body. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Drink plenty of water in a day to flush out excess toxins from the body. Have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism. Have light dinner like veggies sprouts soup fruits etc.
