A. Hello mom Once your baby turned six months old then you should start doing a yoga regularly. Yoga is very Factive and losing pregnancy. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning. It will help you lose weight fast. Rather than this cut the calories intake and add more fibre in your Regular diet plan.
