spinach, ladyfinger, broccoli, sweet potatoes, beans, tofu, Soy milk, lentils. Brown rice, ragi etc are high in calcium. Nuts like almonds are rich in calcium. Sesame seeds.
Shikha kumarMom of 2 children3 years agoA. all the milk and Milk products are han definitely calcium rich so you must stay stick to them also make a point that as used a stick to natural products direct from your kitchen the more better you will feel later and it is much better for your little one also depend upon fresh seasonal fruits as well as vegetables if you are non vegetarian Chicken Soup for eggs are good for you but if you are a vegetarian you can start with black chana soup it is very healthy
