A. Hello Foods like nachani. tilseeds, drumstick leaves , dates, milk, paneer, curd are rich in calcium Try to include them daily in your diet . Add nuts like almonds, walnuts , pumpkin seeds too.

A. Sources of calcium milk, cheese and other dairy foods. green leafy vegetables – such as curly kale, okra and spinach. soya drinks with added calcium. bread and anything made with fortified flour. fish where you eat the bones – such as sardines and pilchards.
